Who can request wholesale access?
They can request it from stores, laboratories, professionals, and companies with commercial or distribution activity of technological products.
When is an account approved?
RancanuoTeam reviews the fiscal and commercial data. When the application is approved, the account changes to the Distributor role and can view the wholesale rates.
What prices and discounts can I see?
Each product has its wholesale price and, when enabled, may include additional discounts for quantity or order amount.
Are quantity and total discounts accumulative?
No. The corresponding order method applies; discounts are not added together.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum wholesale order is 300 € without taxes. Some products may have their own minimum quantity.
How do you pay and confirm an order?
The order is checked manually and, after confirming stock, discounts, taxes and shipping costs, the final total is indicated and payment is made by bank transfer.
