Purchase Conditions

To place an order on rancanuoteam.com, the user must log in to the website and complete the identification or registration form that appears in the store at each moment, following the instructions indicated by the website itself.

The validation of the order by the user means that the user expressly declares their knowledge of the present Purchase Conditions and accepts them as the text of the contract of sale-purchase. Mode and deadlines for shipping

The current shipping method offered for orders is as follows:

Delivery by home courier: available for shipments to the Iberian Peninsula. Shipping costs

Payment methods

All purchases on the website are made through the PayPal platform or bank transfer.

Right of return

The deadline for the return is 14 days from the receipt of the product.

In any case, the user will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for the return, unless the product arrives defective.

The refund of the amounts paid by the customer will be made through the payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase.

The responsible persons of rancanuoteam.com will refund the customer the amount of the product once the returned item has been received, provided it has not been used and is in its original packaging within the stipulated deadlines, and the condition of the product to be returned has been checked.

The return will not be proceeding when, due to the very nature of the Products purchased, it is impossible to carry it out, without prejudice to the corresponding claim for damages and losses suffered, including in particular: (i) products made according to the consumer's instructions or specifications or that have been personalized for this; (ii) products that have expired within the withdrawal period; (iii) products that are not in perfect condition; (iv) seasonal decoration products.

If the Product is defective, the responsible company will, whenever possible, be responsible for the replacement of the same without any cost to the Customer. In case that due to availability reasons the replacement of the Product cannot be carried out, the full purchase price will be refunded.

Product Warranty

The warranty period for the products offered by the responsible company is 5 years.

Notwithstanding the above, it is informed to the users that said warranty period does not include, in any case, deficiencies in the products that may arise as a consequence of negligence, incorrect use, improper handling, materials worn out as a result of misuse, and in general, any other type of action not diligent on the part of the customer with regard to the product.

In those cases where the use of the product warranty by the customer is justified, rancanuoteam.com will proceed to the replacement of the article, reduction or refund, in accordance with the current regulations in the matter.
